Everything you really need to know about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 till date.

Recent leaks hinted that Galaxy Z Fold 7 comes with a better 200MP Rear Camera with Improved Inner Camera. Foldable cameras are typically inferior compared to regular smartphones, but it’s been getting better. With its upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7, Samsung is reportedly preparing a 200MP rear camera as well as a better camera for the inner display. Samsung is reportedly adding a 200MP main camera to the Galaxy Z Fold 7. That’s according to GalaxyClub, Which adds that this new camera will be the same one found in the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The other cameras, including the 12MP Ultrawide, 10MP 3x telephoto, and 10MP selfie shooter on the cover display, will supposedly remain unchanged. However, Samsung should leverage the more powerful ISP of the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is rumoured to be the star of the Z Fold 7’s internals, to enhance imaging performance further.
What is apparently changing is the camera on the Galaxy Z Fold 7’s inner display, which reportedly will be improved to some degree. The sensor may still be a mere 4MP, but the report claims that it will be “improved” somehow. Perhaps Samsung’s under-display tech is getting better, or there are other improvements. In any case, this is a place Samsung’s flagship foldable has been due for an upgrade.
Leaked renders indicate the phone will pack a bigger inner and external display in a noticeably thinner 9mm slim chassis. When unfolded, The device will apparently be just 4.5mm thick. While not as thin as the Oppo Find N5, This would still be an impressive feat for a Samsung foldable.

Reports are suggesting that the Z Fold 7 will pack an 8.2-inch inner display (up from 7.6 inches on the Z Fold 6) and a 6.5-inch outer display (up from 6.3 inches). The larger screen will elevate the user experience in different aspects including gaming.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to launch in July with bigger screens and better cameras.
